Operation manual and safety measures
Read this manual carefully before operating the appliance to prevent damage during use and keep it as a reference.
- Before starting up for the first time, check that the specifications on the product comply with the power supply specifications.

Job
- Place the double boiler on a stable, horizontal surface.
- Pour only clean water into the tank; other liquids and food additives are not allowed.
- Do not pour water above the maximum mark and not below the minimum mark.
- ATTENTION: Do not allow the water in the tank to fall below the minimum level during cooking.
- Place the condensate drain pan and steam tanks on the base.
- Always put larger foods in the lower steam tank, as they take longer to cook.
Cooking in two steam tanks
- Using two steam tanks, it is possible to cook different dishes at the same time, however, it should be borne in mind that the cooked products must be compatible and smell by taste, since the juices and fat from them will mix and can ruin the dishes.
- When removing heated containers, be careful not to burn yourself with hot steam. Use kitchen gloves or tack.
Setting the cooking time
- The timer allows you to set the maximum continuous processing time of 5-60 minutes.
- Set on the timer the necessary cooking time (recommended or in your experience). The indicator light will turn on.
- To set a cooking time of less than 5 minutes, first set the timer to any position for more than 5 minutes to start the operation of the device, then turn the timer back counterclockwise to set the desired cooking time.
- After the set cooking time has elapsed, a beep will sound, the indicator light will turn off, and the steam cooker will automatically turn off.
How to cook rice and cereals in a double boiler
- To make rice, use a rice bowl.
- Put rice in the rice bowl, add water, sauce. Close the cover. Connect the double boiler to the mains. Set the cooking time on the timer. How to cook vegetables in a double boiler

Cleaning and care
- Unplug the boiler and allow it to cool completely.
- Pour the water out of the condensate drain pan and water tank.
- Wash the lid, tray and all containers with warm water and soap (you can on the top shelf of the dishwasher), rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Wash the tank with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and wipe dry.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, organic solvents or aggressive liquids.
- After some time, scale may form on the heating element, as a result of which the steam boiler will turn off before the timer turns off.
- After 7-10 brews (depending on the hardness of the water), add the recommended descaling agent to the tank (follow the instructions on the packaging exactly) and fill it with water to the maximum level.
- When descaling the heating element, do not place food containers on the tank or cover it.
- Connect the double boiler to the mains. Set the timer for approximately 20 minutes. After turning off the steam cooker (by timer), disconnect it from the power supply. Allow the heating element to cool completely before draining the water. Rinse the heating element and the tank several times with cold water and wipe dry.
